Refund Policy

All sales concluded at Flower Workshop LA  are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to info@flowerworkshopla.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own.

Flower Workshop LA will entertain complaints only within 24 hours from time of delivery.

For any disputes regarding the order, please provide proof of purchase and photo of product as evidence within 24 hours from time of delivery.

No return/refund for delays or non-delivery due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Once we confirm the reason for refund, we will have it processed within 3-7 working days.

Cancellations

 All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling 1 (818) 818 4244 at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the delivery date.
