We're taking precautions to ensure that we can operate safely throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. If you wish, we can offer a contactless delivery too.

You have the opportunity before paying for the order to see if the address you need is on the list, as well as the price for delivery in the estimate delivery column. If the address you need is not on the list, but you are sure that it is included in our local area, please call us. The customer service worker will arrange your delivery. Your call will help us improve our service.The shipping amount will be added at the chekout after filling the recipient's address.

In some cases, if the delivery failed ( for example it is not possible to contact the recipient if the address is incorrect, the policy of Hospitals don't let delivery flowers , etc) your order will be carried out in two days after the removal of existing obstacles. It will be assembled with fresh flowers and delivered at no extra charge.
